    HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

    We have a flat fee of $9.95 for all orders across Australia except for large and bulky products. These large and bulky items with be clearly marked on the product page to indicate a higher delivery cost. 

    All Ink & Toner cartridges have a flat $9.95 delivery fee regardless of how many you purchase. 

    HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?

    Orders are processed same day if received before 3pm AEST (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

    WHAT ABOUT DELIVERY?

    We deliver all over Australia using several different courier companies based on your location and their delivery times. These companies include Star Track, Fastway, Toll, Couriers Please and Australia Post. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number via email where you will be able to track your delivery and its progress.

    Orders are generally shipped from our closest warehouse to your location for quickest delivery. If we do not have stock in that warehouse, it will be shipped from the next closest warehouse. Our warehouses are located in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth.

    HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

    When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use this to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

    If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shop@newspower.com.au with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.

    OUT OF STOCK ITEMS?

    On the rare occasion that a stock item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will keep your order on backorder for 7 days in an attempt to fill your order. After 7 days if the item is still not in stock we will refund your purchase amount using the details of your original payment method.
