Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from your purchase date. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received them in. All products must also be in the original packaging.

Returns must be authorised first by Newspower, by completing the returns authorisation form and emailing it to shop@newspower.com.au Once your return has been authorised, we will contact you regarding next steps to return the product.

  1. Incorrectly ordered products must be returned in its original packaging, which is unopened and undamaged in anyway, unless the issue relates to a faulty product.
  2. Proof of purchase must be provided.
  3. It is the customers responsibility to pay the freight costs back to the Newspower warehouse unless agreed prior to returning.
  4. It is the customers responsibility to have a proof of delivery of goods returned to us.
  5. When returning incorrect products please pack them in separate box so that the original packaging will not get damaged by courier handling and stickers.
  6. Returned products may be subject to manufacturer’s warranty conditions.
  7. Incorrectly ordered products will incur a 15% restocking fee and original delivery fees are non-refundable.
  8. All return authorisations are only valid for 14 days.
Faulty Products
  1. Ink and toner cartridges cannot and will not be processed without a printed sample page from the cartridge in question.
  2. If the product has been tampered with in any way the credit will be refused.
  3. All ink and toner cartridges must be sealed for transport to ensure they do not leak during transport.
  4. Newspower will pay for the freight costs on all faulty products back to our warehouse.



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1 business day.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
